After spending the last 4 years working in aesthetics in California, Racheal recently moved back to Charlotte to bring her artistry and wellness-focused approach to the community she loves.

Her philosophy is simple: enhance, don’t change. Every treatment is personalized to your unique features, goals, and natural beauty because no two faces are the same.

Dr. Igor Shkolnik is an experienced Internal Medicine physician with over a decade of dedicated practice, offering a wealth of knowledge with a versatile background in primary care and urgent care.

Dr. Shkolnik ventured into the world of medical aesthetics, training in Botox and filler injections back in 2019. He seamlessly integrated these procedures into his primary care practice, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the art of enhancing natural beauty.

Additionally, he has undergone specialized training in medical aesthetics complications management, ensuring the utmost safety and care for his patients.

Your first visit starts with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Racheal will discuss your goals, review your medical history, examine your features, and walk you through treatment options that fit your face and timeline. No pressure to book the same day.

Results vary by treatment. Botox and Dysport typically last 3 to 4 months. Dermal fillers last 9 to 18 months depending on the product and placement. PRP and microneedling results build over time with a recommended series of 3 to 6 sessions.

Most treatments at Novae have minimal downtime. Botox and filler allow you to return to normal activities immediately. Microneedling and PRP may cause mild redness for 24 to 48 hours. Chemical peels can have 3 to 7 days of light flaking depending on strength.

We’re appointment-only so every guest gets personalized care. Same-week and same-day bookings are often available through Mangomint.

Pricing varies by treatment, product, and area. We provide transparent pricing during your consultation. Most pricing falls within standard premium med spa ranges for Charlotte. Cherry Financing is available for qualifying treatment plans.

Absolutely. Each signature drip is designed for a specific outcome, but you can add any nutrient from our Nutrient Menu to any drip. We’ll recommend the best add-ons based on your goals during your visit.

Booking & Policies

Deposit

Most treatments require a small deposit at booking. The deposit goes directly toward the cost of your treatment.

Cancellation

Please cancel through Mangomint at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled. We hold time for every guest and want yours to be unhurried.
